Position Description
The Maintenance Coordinator is the liaison between the Operations and Maintenance Departments. Expectations of the Maintenance Coordinator begins with the identification of terminal asset deficiencies followed by the prioritization of repair schedules. The coordinator ensures that operational priorities are unhindered during the asset deficiency remedy process from cradle to grave. This includes synchronizing internal maintenance, both preventive and immediate repair, with contracted labor. Additional requirements are intimate knowledge of product movement schedules and operational assets in order to understand de confliction requirements during concurrent maintenance operations.
Position Requirements
o Coordinates maintenance schedules with product movement schedules.
o Maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of regulatory and company operating requirements and coordinates activities with regulatory agencies, other company departments, the public, customers/carriers and local emergency response agencies.
o Acts as incident investigator for spills and EH&S compliance procedures.
o Coordinates, prepares and/or maintains various reports, records, diagrams and other documents concerning maintenance and operations issues, safety, regulatory compliance, and employee administrative issues.
o Functions as local customer contact for assets requiring repair or enhancements/modifications.
o Ensures compliance with all applicable O&M procedures at the terminal.
o Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, DOT, EPA, USCG, OSHA, State Environmental Protection Divisions, and Local Fire Departments.
o Will manage a Process Safety Management (PSM) / Risk Management Plan (RMP) covered facility.
o Coordinates and manages third party (contracted) work directives.
o Understands the role of inventory management and coordinates all terminal and pipeline operations that influence product quality assurance, product measurement.
o Stewards maintenance and operating expenses and monitors associated expense and budgets.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
