Living Residential Living Residential Carteret, NJ Carteret, NJ Full-time Full-time $22 - $28 an hour $22 - $28 an hour Property Manager Overview Living Residential is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering to prospects and residents requirements and transforming businesses into successful operations.
Job Duties:
Property Manager Manage all aspects of the property, including management of leasing, maintenance, and energy consumption metrics.
Ensure all resident requests are completed in a timely manner.
Deliver a high level of customer service, including but not limited to:
greeting residents, answering questions, assisting with tours, etc.
Directly assist in daily operations of the property.
Manage any additional staff members working on the property.
Directly assist in daily operations of the property.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the property and or surrounding area(s).
Assist in any other duties as assigned by leadership or business manager.
