We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to support us in our new facility in Carteret, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct all incoming calls and inquiries in a very polite and professional manner.
Receive visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing, and announcing them to hosts.
Log in and distribute small package deliveries & various other administrative tasks/ Create, maintain and distribute Customer Visit Requests.
Represent Virginia Dare for various customers.
Order processing, entry, expediting and tracing.
Assist Customer Service Manager in all aspects of Customer Service.
Interface with other areas of the office, production and sales staff.
Ability to solve problems from inception to completion.
Handle prices quotes, complaints and damages, Ability to multitask, prioritize work, stay neat and organized through a busy day.
Assist Marketing Department with price quotes and other departments with special administrative projects.
Attributes:
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills Strong verbal and written skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior reception & administrative duties experience a MUST.
